Emerald Heights Firview Assited Living

Emerald Heights continues to expand its Redmond, WA-based senior living community with the addition of a new Assisted Living apartment building (ALU) called FirView, a three-story, 54-unit complex. The building combines high-quality, modern finishes with functional amenities to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for residents.

Completed in May 2025 after roughly 24 months of construction, FirView includes one level of underground parking, a full-service commercial kitchen, a public dining room as well as private dining space, multiple amenity spaces, outdoor courtyards, and a skybridge that connects to the main campus.

Interior finishes highlight attention to detail and comfort, including a custom iridescent wallcovering in the spa and a tiled tub room with large windows overlooking the surrounding forest. Three unit layout variations each feature a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and living space.

Every level of the building includes amenity areas, cozy seating nooks, and curated artwork to promote social interaction and provide restful spaces. Large windows throughout offer tranquil views of the Douglas Fir forest that borders the property, enhancing the natural connection residents enjoy every day at this serene campus.
