Rice Fergus Miller Welcomes New Staff Member to the Team

Rhonda Gillogly has joined Rice Fergus Miller as a Senior Project Manager and will primarily serve the Civic Studio. She brings more than three decades of experience in architecture, construction, and firm leadership.

Gillogly previously led her own successful architectural firm and most recently served as a studio leader at a multidisciplinary design firm with offices across the western United States. She has deep expertise in public sector project delivery and has guided complex developments ranging from criminal justice and emergency services facilities to educational, commercial, and civic projects. In addition to her extensive public sector experience, Gillogly has worked in the private sector on projects including hospitality, commercial office spaces, retail, and food service environments.

She is a registered architect and will help lead project delivery efforts across key sectors at Rice Fergus Miller. In her new role, she will also mentor emerging professionals and support the firm’s continued growth through her strengths in team leadership, client service, and strategic operations.
