Megan Puga Promoted to Project Accountant

We love celebrating our team at RFM. We’re excited to announce the promotion of Mega Puga to Project Accountant.
Megan joined RFM in February 2026 as our payroll and accounting clerk. In just eight months, Megan has become a team member the entire office relies on.
Megan graduated from San Diego State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In the past decade, she progressed in her career quickly, starting as an accounting assistant, then bookkeeper, lead accountant and finance manager.
In her new position, she will support the team across billing, invoicing, payroll, banking and financial reporting. She will also take on more responsibility for the financial side of projects.
