The Mustard Seed Village

Designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding residential community, The Mustard Seed Assisted Living & Memory Care facility embraces the architectural character of the Key Peninsula. With a long, narrow site, the 21,000-square-foot building was thoughtfully designed to appear as three individual homes, creating a familiar, welcoming environment for residents.

Following a small-home model, the facility includes 20 assisted living units and 10 memory care units, arranged within three group homes. Each home is centered around a communal hearth with dining, living, and activity spaces, fostering connection and comfort. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and inviting front porches reinforce the residential feel, while carefully selected materials ensure the homes integrate harmoniously with the neighborhood.

A future phase will expand the site’s offerings with outdoor gathering spaces, an amphitheater, walking paths, a fire pit, gardening plots, a woodshop, and an adult playground—enhancing opportunities for engagement, connection, and well-being.
