Rice Fergus Miller Welcomes New Staff Member to the Team

Aissa Avalos has joined Rice Fergus Miller’s Spokane office as an interior designer after earning a full-time role six weeks into her summer internship. A recent graduate of Washington State University (WSU), Avalos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, graduating with honors. During her time at WSU, she served as Editor-in-Chief of Eunoia, a student-run magazine publication for the School of Design + Construction and was actively involved with the First Gen Center supporting fellow first-generation college students.

Avalos will be serving RFM’s healthcare and hospitality studios and brings a passion for inclusive, equity-driven design and a strong commitment to community impact.
