Habitat for Humanity Vena Townhomes
Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap County is advancing a new vision for affordable housing with the redevelopment of their .88-acre site on Vena Street in Bremerton. The project introduces a series of two-story townhomes designed to maximize density while maintaining a sense of neighborhood scale and community. A total of 19 new homes will be created, each thoughtfully planned to provide Kitsap residents with safe, affordable, and enduring housing.
Central to the design is a shared green space that serves as a community asset—offering residents a place to gather, play, and connect with neighbors. Parking will be integrated to serve the new households, while the overall site plan prioritizes walkability, connection, and the feeling of belonging. This townhouse model represents a new typology for Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap County, reflecting their commitment to evolving housing solutions that respond to the needs of the community.
Guided by the belief that a home is the foundation for stability and opportunity, this project extends Habitat’s global mission of building, repairing, and financing safe, affordable homes in partnership with families. The Vena Street townhomes embody not only an investment in housing, but also in the future strength and resilience of the Bremerton community. Construction is anticipated for early 2026.
