Tulalip Quil Crossing Apartments

This project, currently under construction for the Tulalip Tribes, provides a master plan design for a new neighborhood that will include 84 new affordable apartments on a 3.9 acre parcel of land.

The neighborhood plan was developed to maximize the amount of housing provided while maintaining a 2:1 parking ratio and creating inviting shared community spaces. The orientation of the apartment buildings creates a shared communal space featuring play areas, trails, gathering spaces, tribal artwork, and low impact storm water management strategies.
