Rice Fergus Miller Wins 2026 NEWH TopID Award

BREMERTON, WA – May 5, 2026 – Rice Fergus Miller (RFM) has been named a winner of the 2026 TopID Award by the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH). This is the seventh year in a row that the Bremerton-based architecture and interior design firm has received this honor.

The TopID Award recognizes firms for their design work, professional service to the hospitality industry and involvement with the NEWH mission. Maintaining this designation for seven years reflects RFM’s consistent hospitality work and presence within the design community.

This year’s award showcases RFM’s work on the Delta Food Hall at Nisqually Red Wind Casino, a project that turned a former buffet venue into a new, 6,000-square-foot food hall with five Quick Serve Restaurant offerings. This follows last year’s award win with the Salish and Grand Asian Suites at Tulalip Resort Casino, continuing RFM’s passion for creating one of a kind guest experiences.

“Receiving the TopID Award for a seventh year speaks to the work our team puts into every project, every day,” said Jennifer Fleming, Principal and Hospitality Market Leader at RFM. “The Delta Food Hall allowed us to turn a post-COVID abandoned buffet into a 5-venue destination at the Red Wind Casino. We appreciate NEWH recognizing our firms’ continued contributions to the industry through our projects, volunteerism and support of students in pursuing a career in the hospitality field.”

This work highlights RFM’s focus on creating guest environments that reflect the identity and heritage of their clients.
