Rice Fergus Miller’s Susie Parsons Appointed Strategic Director-at-Large to LeadingAge Washington Board of Directors
BREMERTON, WA – February 23, 2026 — Rice Fergus Miller (RFM), a leading architecture, interior design and planning firm, today announced the appointment of Susie Parsons, NCIDQ, to the LeadingAge Washington Board of Directors as a Strategic Director-at-Large.
Susie, an Associate Principal and Interior Designer at RFM, brings more than a decade of expertise in senior living design. She holds a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Washington (2023), furthering her expertise in the physical, social and psychological aspects of aging. As a leader within the firm’s senior housing market, her appointment to the LeadingAge Washington board reinforces RFM’s commitment to advocating for and innovating within the aging services sector.
