Suquamish Enetai Townhomes

This 20-unit housing project returns land to tribal ownership, creating a mixed-generation community designed for connection and long-term sustainability. Three two-story buildings and one single-story building are centered around a shared green space, reinforcing community bonds and safety.

Tribal members were actively involved throughout the process, harvesting significant trees for cultural use before construction and blessing the land in a ceremonial groundbreaking. Accessibility was a key focus, with single-story units and grab bars installed in every home at the tribe’s request.

Built using panelized wall construction for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the project also includes 22 covered parking spaces and six EV charging stations. Thoughtfully planned and deeply connected to tribal traditions, this development provides high-quality housing that will serve the community for generations to come.
