Great Bend Center for Music

The Great Bend Center for Music is a 501(c)(3) that creates evidence-based, participatory music programs designed to strengthen communities civically, economically, and educationally. Based in rural, low-income Mason County, Washington, Great Bend is collaborating with the Shelton YMCA to develop a 5,000 sf community music facility with a multipurpose, blackbox performance and rehearsal space, teaching studios, classrooms, practice rooms, instrument and equipment storage, and administrative space to serve as a home for Great Bend’s growing roster of arts programming in this underserved community.

Rice Fergus Miller has helped the Great Bend Center for Music conduct site feasibility and master planning exercises, and has created conceptual designs and assets that support fundraising activities.
